Headaches and Migraines
Headaches! That sounds bad, and even worse to get them. Headaches are caused by a variety of issues including; trauma, environmental, seasonal (cluster), chemical, familial, and others. Many headaches start at the base of the skull, called the suboccipital muscles.
When headaches start at the suboccipital muscles it tends to wrap around the head like the tightening of a belt. There are several ways to treat headache including an occipital lift which is very effective in reducing the headache. If you suffer from headaches, call Dr. Zuckerman.
